Returns, Cancellations, and Rescheduling for Coaching Services:
We are dedicated to providing exceptional coaching services, including but not limited to Author Coaching and the Author Accelerator, tailored to support your journey. Please review our policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling:

Author Coaching:
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your Author Coaching session, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with sufficient notice will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may not be eligible for a refund, but exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative time.

Author Accelerator:
• Program Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in the Author Accelerator program, please contact us at least 7 days prior to the program start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
• Session Rescheduling: If you are enrolled in individual sessions within the Author Accelerator program, they can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.

General Conditions:
• Unexpected Circumstances: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you encounter unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
